Where are my tickets?

If you purchase your tickets through our site, you will receive two emails: one will be your receipt and the other will contain your tickets as a PDF attachment. Be sure to check your spam/ junk folder.


If you do not receive (or lose) the email, simply click the “My Account” button above, log-in, and then click “Tickets” on the left-hand side. Tah dah!

Do you handle ticketing for all of your events?

No. Some venues handle the their own ticketing. Links and information will be provided on each event’s detail page.

How do I get a student ticket?

Student tickets are free, with a valid Student ID. They are available 3o minutes prior to the performance where tickets are being sold at the venue. Student tickets cannot be reserved in advance. Free tickets are limited to one per student.

I can no longer attend. How do I get a refund?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. Give them to a friend!

Can I use my phone for tickets instead of printing them?

Yes! Be sure to increase the screen’s brightness before checking in to help with the process.


Why do I need to register to make a purchase?

Creating an account on our site is important, because it saves your order history and gives you access to your tickets, music downloads, etc. This allows us to help you in the event that you lose your tickets or your item doesn’t show up in the mail. Our site is secure, with an up-to-date security certificate and we won’t share your information with anyone.
